Assist between 30 to 50 Customer Service Reps, timekeepers and Human Resource Offices calling with various inquiries on all aspects of pay, benefits, and entitlements for employees with a variety of different benefits and entitlements, and actions to resolve problems requiring different procedures and regulations based on the category and types of appointments, pay plans, and schedules. Serves on the customer service desk as a point of contact for problems, operations, and modifications on pay accounts. Review documents, reports and codes the appropriate data for input from an Human resources system that interfaces into the Defense Civilian Pay System to ensure properly updates to the employee's master record. These actions are from documents that will affect changes to an employees direct deposit,CFC deductions, military service deposits, federal, state, or municipal taxes, COLA, union dues, service computation date for leave, FEHB, FEGLI etc. Determine the proper application of guidelines for a variety of work schedules, work types, pay plans which vary in premium and locality pay. Make changes to an employees leave balances, and pay code adjustments resulting from time and attendance errors and reports, delayed processing of personnel actions, changes in effective dates, traumatic injury compensation, donated leave etc. Use all pay tables and matrices, and an up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, polices,and procedures and applies this knowledge to research and resolve payroll and personnel related issues or concer
