Coordinated various FamilySource Center (FSC) program related activities and client based services designed to address the needs of low income families. Interviewed, trained, and supervised all program case managers and program staff as needed. Collected and securely maintained all FS program participants documentation and data as required by funding source (City of Los Angeles Community Development Department). Collaborated with community partners and subcontractors to implement all program required services and administrative duties. Provided direct services to clients, such as needs assessments, multi-benefit screening, crisis intervention, and referral assistance.
