Review and determine preobligated cases eligible for closures by researching information on computer systems ; Proactive contacts to customers for information ; Contact other public or private agencies having information about custodial and noncustodial parents; Research noncustodial location data . Initiate and monitor cases for one year locate closure for the entire Metro Region. Issue the required case closing notices in order to close cases according to federal regulations, and to contribute to the divisional goal to close preobligated cases. Resolve and provide technical assistance in resolving complex customer issues by researching and securing additional information; Monitor case closure process by conducting periodical reviews; maintain & update case records on system.
