I cared for children with developmental delays and supported with therapy session from home.
Looking back at my year abroad, I found it to be the most profound and positive experience in my career and personal life. Learning about new cultures and a new language, while becoming part of a new family and supporting their children with a deeper understanding and care for their special needs, was the most rewarding experience.
