Completed a CNA( Certified Nursing Assistant) course at Ideal School of Allied Health Care located in 300 Motor Prkw Hauppauge NY 11788. I completed this course for 4 months due to the fact that I only went on Saturdays. A certain amount of hours of training was required before getting the green light to the Prometrics. It was an amount of 125 hours of training and it was required for Clinicals; which is practice on real patients in order to get a hint of what a day as a CNA would consist of . It is completed in 4 days and is a total of 8 hours/day; giving a total of 32 hours. After the completion of the Cilinicals, Prometrics are right ahead. This procedure takes about 2 months to be done and it starts from the day all the required documents are handed in. The Prometrics is a NY State Exam and it is a compilation of everything we have learned in class and during our hands on training.
