Calendar: Create all calendar entries for depositions and hearings, confirm all depositions and hearing 24 hours prior to them taking place with opposing counsel and court reporters office if one was needed.

Scheduling FedEx's Pickups, Physically scan and file court documents into their respective cases, Copy and scan medical files and box dismissed cases, Received mail, Greeted clients, Organized party events, and Coordinate appointments for new clients.
