  • Responsible for many aspects pertaining to day to day operations of the department and the support of the Dean of the Continuing Education Department.
  • Maintaining adjunct faculty payrolls along with creating instructor profile set ups in the college reporting systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts for the department, research and resolve financial and billing issues and serve as a liaison to outside vendors and contractors.
  • Prepare monthly financial budget reports for department meetings to discuss revenue profits.
  • Work collaboratively with Directors and Coordinators to streamline class development and curriculum instruction.
  • Facilitate and maintain the relationships developed with community partners such as Goodwill, Skillpoint Alliance, Juvenile Detention centers and local independent school districts.
  • Assist Director of Operations and Executive Dean with department policy & procedures development and marketing projects.
  • Assist the Executive Dean with internal and external special projects including promotional processes, website enhancements, student feedback, and department quality improvement.
  • Coordinates special projects: performs research, planning, facilitation, and communication to internal departments throughout ACC.
  • Serves as communication liaison with college advisors, counselors, and other college groups to support internal communication flow and promotional efforts.

  • Develops, tracks, and analyzes community needs assessments for new program development.
  • Provides recommendations to improve efficiencies and reduce costs for the enhancement of our products and services to our students.
