Plan and manage recruitment events and fairs, on campus and within the community.Create a marketing plan to target the college's audience for both potential future students as well as employers.Develop corporate relationships that lead to externship/hiring opportunities four students and graduates.
•Oversee Assistant Director of Admissions. Duties include, hiring, maintaining staffing plans, training development, motivation and ongoing management of monthly, quarterly and annual reviews. Responsible for marketing, budgeting and support activities key to the teams performance and responsible for achieving monthly goals.
