With my background knowledge in customer services I mainly experienced thru food services either in person or over the phone I have gotten very well with resolving problems quickly and efficiently. I was on Active duty orders for Covid-19 from April 2020 thru November 2020. During that time I worked at a call center for people that tested positive and made appointments and took down information for the CDC. During this time I learned a lot about different aspects of how to handle situations thru the phone and get the best solutions for all parties concerned. I also became more confident with speaking with customers on the phone and getting my job done as efficiently and as fast as possible.
