Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. and daily reports. Enforce and monitor proper GMP's and SSOP according to company regulations. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material. Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information with Corporate Headquarters. Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions. Train and assist staff and crew members for over 15 years.
