Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release. Identify quality problems and recommend solutions. Write technical reports or documentation such as deviation reports, testing protocols, and trend analyses. Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols. Prepare or review required method transfer documentation including technical transfer protocols or reports. Participate in internal assessments and audits as required. Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems. Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays. Training Personnel in assisting and supporting all departments as they carry out their responsibility. Investigate or report questionable test results. Perform validations or transfers of analytical methods in accordance with applicable policies or guidelines. Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. and daily reports. Enforce and monitor proper GMP's and SSOP according to company regulations. Make copies of correspondence or other printed material. Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information with Corporate Headquarters. Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions. Train and assist staff and crew members for over 15 years.
