Creative Management:

  • Coordinated with our policy Directors and managed the end-to-end development and execution of CCMC's new creative projects. I also assisted two other department on new creative projects in regards to our internal approval process.
  • Worked with our vendors; copy editors and design firms, to create professionally published reports, fundraising materials, meeting materials, social media graphics, etc.
  • Worked as the liaison for three department within the Chamber with the Chamber's internal Brand Creative team. The process involved assuring all new materials are on-brand and approved by the Creative team before they are released publicly, as well as relaying changes to our deign firm, and managing timelines for the release of projects.
  • Responsible for publishing the department's materials on; youtube, our website and through salesforce marketing cloud. This includes sending several weekly and monthly newsletters to our Board and member companies, publishing recordings of events, and publishing reports and letters to congress, government agencies, and other institutions.


Lobbying Reporting: (Work across three departments)

  • Assisted all newly hired lobbyists with completing registration paperwork and all legal requirements. Compiled and managed the quarterly lobbying reports and the departments legal compliance forms. Worked with the Chamber's legal department to file on time and in accordance with federal laws.


Operations and Events work:

  • Assisted on small and large scale events for the department under the Senior Director of Events. Worked to secure event spaces, order catering, submit AV requests, manage the guest registration system, and creative management assistance for event graphics and marketing materials, such as printed agendas and reports or social media posts.
  • Worked in the Chamber's database, Salesforce CRM, to convert Leads, update member lists, pull contact info for our directors or fundraising department, updated contacts information, and other miscellaneous help asked of me.
  • Compiled and sent out weekly memo to the EVP and CEO of our department regarding the upcoming week's policy priorities, projects and events.
  • Assisted with the scheduling and logistics of meetings for policy directors.
