Maintains daily and monthly statistics reports to provide management with updated information on cases handled in court part.
Handles attorneys and litigants effectively by identifying needs, quickly gaining trust, approaching complex situations and resolving problems to maximize efficiency.
Assists attorneys and parties to the case in moving cases on the calendar by accepting affidavits, notices of appearance, motion papers or other court documents, or otherwise by having all parties ready for conference or trial.
Gathers documents pertaining to a case and places these in a file in order to create and maintain an accurate and permanent record of each case.
Discusses and coordinates daily court activities with the Judge and Court Attorney.
Interviewed petitioners in order to prepare necessary documents to originate cases.
Accepted court documents and examined them for accuracy and legal sufficiency.
Prepared written correspondence to the public, attorneys and outside agencies to obtain or provide information.
Answered and directed calls to appropriate individuals and/or agencies.
Prepared and maintained employee timesheets.
Prepared time and leave disciplinary reports.
