our children till the afternoon we still had to be in for 9am. we had our own offices upstairs to do
our daily teaching duties. such as lesson plans preparing projects for the day or week. because we
were federal funded school there was alot of extra paperwork involved with the children such as
monthly visits to the home of the children an families let them know we are there for them and
there children. Monthly packets we would do with each child testing there learning abilities and
motor skills see what they excel and lack in and work on that. Once the children came in we
would have lunch already prepared for them. each day they would get lunch and afternoon snack
that is funded by the school. after lunch we do our circle time with songs, stories, after that we
have free play for the children in different areas of the classroom. while all the children play we
would take a few at a time to do out daily project and workbooks. depending on the weather we
would clean up and go outside, come back in have snack/ free play and get the children ready to
go home
