As part of the Executive Team, planned and led the Private Sector Executive Advisory Council, a unique approach to private sector engagement, which brought together the largest companies in Arkansas, to include SPP, in an effort to increase information sharing and threat mitigation.
  • As the "Leadership Ambassador" for FBI Little Rock, implemented leadership development initiatives to grow leadership and teamwork skills across all levels of the organization. Created a Leadership Council of peer-nominated people from all levels of the organization to use a team approach to advise, organize and lead various leadership initiatives.
  • Represented the FBI at speaking engagements across multiple private sector entities to increase liaison, provide training, and mitigate threats in various sectors, to include critical infrastructure.
