  • Develop and deliver pre-departure meetings and risk management trainings for all students, faculty and staff traveling abroad on university programs.
  • Work closely with appropriate Department Chairs and Associate Deans to update study abroad course lists.
  • Maintain and update the study abroad website, on-line application and travel registration database.
  • Manage emergency and crisis situations and communicate with constituents to ensure our travelers are supported.
  • Hire, train and supervise federal work study students and Study Abroad Peer Ambassadors.
