08/2019 to 03/2020 ASA String Orchestra Teaching Assistant The Arizona School For The Arts String Dept. | City, STATE,

I conducted the 7-12th grade string orchestra in a couple recitals, and helped teach the violin section, as well. I also gained experience in working with the other instruments in the orchestra. My focus was to create meaningful curriculum for the students to learn as they strived to earn a chair in the Concert Strings orchestra, which was the next highest level.

03/2019 to 07/2019 Intern for Tetra String Quartet Azure Series Dr. Jenna Dalby | City, STATE,

The Azure Series was a concert series specifically dedicated for children on the Autism Spectrum who wanted to attend classical music concerts, while engaging in kinesthetic activities such as dancing with scarfs to the music and an instrument "petting zoo" at the end of the concert. My job as an intern was to help get the children involved in the activities, while communicating with their parents. I also greeted the patrons and handed out programs before the concerts.

09/2018 to 05/2019 Harmony Project Phoenix Diogo Pereira | City, STATE,

I worked as a volunteer violin teacher through the HPPhx non-profit organization, which specializes in providing private instrument lessons to children who live in low-income neighborhoods of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. My goal was to obtain an optimal hands-on experience in music education, while working with children who were always eager to learn.

01/2019 to 03/2019 ProMusica Arizona Orchestra Section Member Meghan Ruel And Patti Graetz | City, STATE,

I performed as a violin section member in the orchestra, while gaining expertise in communication with seasoned musicians in the process. I performed a weekend gig for the premiere of Mountain Days in March of 2019.
