• Responsible for Funding various residential loan applications, such as Fannie Mae, MHFA, fixed, adjustable, biweekly, construction and lead paint loans. • Maintain and understanding of all mortgage products and there specifications. • Prepare and disburse all funding for closings scheduled that day. • Prepare appropriate rate lock, appraisal fee, inspection fees, and etc. refunds. • Transfer mortgage application from origination system to COCC uploads. • Set up payment and update system for mortgage, such as tax, PMI and adjustable information. • Attach trailers, biweekly, monthly, construction loans and updating construction loan database. • Verifying that all information (name, address, first payment, maturity date, etc.) has transferred accurately, using a master file, this is obtained from Marco Fiche. • Coordinate closings with the banks conveyance attorney’s; assemble loan file after receipt of closed loan is obtained from the conveyance attorney. • Ensuring that all loans are closed within the required time frame and that all rates and terms are accurate and all closing figures match the records in our system. • Process all received checks to general ledger accounts, such as prepaid interest, tax escrow, points, flood insurance, tax service, PMI, flood determination, DU underwriting and doc prep fees. • Generate report for general ledger department for each closed loan. • Conduct any further research to provide answers and solve any problems. • Also functions as back up to Equity Closer and Residential Mortgage Closer.• Attend Seminars regarding relevant processing and closing topics.
