Acts as continuum specific liaison and resource for alumni, fostering long-term relationship with the organization.
Coordinates all activities related to facility-specific alumni and family support.
Maintains alumni database including family contacts.
Communicates with alumni regularly via phone and email.
Maintains and tracks important alumni sobriety data via documented wellness checks.
Collaborates with clinical staff to provide and maintain list of current, temporary sponsor options for discharging patients. Meet with each patient group and patient prior to discharge, providing information and opportunity to join the Alumni Program.
Coordinates Days of Hope registration and activities in collaboration with facility leadership.
Coordinates Alumni Chapter Meetings in various satellite locations.
Develop and coordinate regional quarterly activities. (ie: bowling, hiking)
Maintain data base of volunteers will to act as temporary sponsors, Chapter meeting ambassadors, panel discussion participants, event speakers or Hope Builder Board members.
Interacts and communicates with others (patients, prospective patients, alumni, clinical and facility leadership, management) in a professional manner.
Contributes content for APP and monitors local activity.
Contributes content for monthly Alumni Program newsletter.
Coordinates list of alumni support services and resources (ie. Resume writing, dentists)
Greet each Renewal Day attendee and collect contact information from attendees.
Hosts registration area and collects contact information from attendees at anniversary function and other facility special events.
Coordinates monthly alumni Panel Discussions at residential and outpatient treatment facilities.
Coordinates annual alumni group Community Service Project.
Attends weekly treatment team meetings to collaborate and support aftercare.
Participates in charitable gift cycle including donor identification and donor cultivation activities.
Works with Director of Development, facility leadership, and volunteer Hope Builder Boards in the coordination of fundraising activities and alumni development.
Collaborates with Director of Development, volunteer Hope Builder Board members and other volunteers to maximize board and volunteer effectiveness in the fundraising process.
Travels as needed to facility/event sites/locations.
Participates in training and orientation workshops and seminars.
Adheres to Valley Hope's philosophies, policies, and procedures as well as any other regulating bodies.
Participates in all assigned staff meetings, staff development, and training as required.
Interacts and communicates with others (patients, co-workers, management, clients, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
Collaborates and Communicates with Foundation Department to identify, gather and collect contact information for donor prospects.
Collaborates and Communicates with Marketing Department to generate admissions.
