I oversaw the technical order distribution office training and maintained 400 volume publication files library. I maintained supply chain, accountability and control for $2 million in flight gear, testers and chemical warfare equipment. I was in charge of supply accountability for four sections. I produced and managed excel products to managed accurate accountability over $100,000 in supplies being order. I ordered supplies through the Department of Defense computer systems. I managed the 1 Operation Support Squadron Government Purchase Card program, ensuring accurate accounting, billing and effective stewardship of unit funds. I managed the sections Quality Assurance program ensuring 100 % compliance and trend analysis accountability. I was in charge of the Operation Group Vehicle Program. I maintain accountability of 25 vehicles ensuring the safety and maintenance as govern by Joint Base Langley-Eustis local regulations. I was in charge of the Survival Aircrew Flight Equipment responsible for the repack and inspection of over 50 ACE II, Back-style parachute and Survival Kit. I also was responsible for the repair of Aircrew Flight Equipment. Accomplishments I expertly scheduled personnel work assignments for 6 technicians--ensured 100% on-time equipment inspection. Handpicked to be 1 Operation Group Unit Training Monitor. I ensured 100% tracking of over 200 personnel that were reported to the base training manager. I was in charge of Aircrew Flight Equipment inventory which totaled about 3.7 million of combat asset. Controlled and track it ensuring 100% accountability. Accurately maintained over 20 vehicle records for the 1st Operation Group earning a Outstanding during 633 LRS Staff Assistance Visit. Responsibilities I performed specialized life support functions in a specialized flying test squadron, employing multiple variations of F-15 and F-16 aircraft. Removed, installed and performed maintenance on ACE II survival kits and recovery parachutes. Coordinate with scheduling and job control to ensure flight line inspection with minimum impact on flying program. Instructed the proper use of life sustaining equipment in a water survival and chemical environment. I also instructed aircrew hanging post ejection and bail out descent procedures, and chemical defense donning, doffing and decontaminating procedures. I managed a $150,000 budget and over $2 million in pilot and life support pilot and life support equipment. I supervised the inspection, maintenance, and fitting of aviator equipment to include flying helmets, oxygen masks, harnesses, life preservers, anti-g-garments and survival vests in support of 32 worldwide deploy-able pilots. As a Deployment Control Manager for life support, I supervised the operations of mobility packing for the units exercise and deployment.
