I've always had a thrive to pursue knowledge in any field i set foot in; and excel to an extent. When a challenge/problem approaches i take a step back and revaluate the situation and portray various scenario's in my mind and pick the best based on the outcome. I've breathed and lived aircraft for the past 4-5 years of my life. I am one of the few youth that still believes in aircraft as a long term career and see's the outcome of staying loyal to it. Most people my age group when you ask them a question of "where do you see yourself in 5-10 years" They will answer with: Stay with the job for a few years and move up. But what they don't know how to answer is how are they going to move up? How will they get to that position that their boss or future boss is in? What routes you have to take and what time you have to sacrifice in order to get there... Because at the end, nothing is free and everything takes time to build. It wasn't until i started working at Textron Aviation on the start up model for the Cessna SkyCourier. That i got exposed to the team that come together and help build the Aircraft. Engineering, Safety, Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Support, Quality & Production and much more is what makes a start up model a success. I am fortunate to have worked alongside all these people and got an insight on their job field. I have been intrigued to continue and finish out my AAS degree and pursue my BAAS degree in order to access those fields. I am a Tunnel Visioned person when i set my eye's on a target, Young; Hungry & eager person. Willing to sacrifice to get where i need to get and achieve much higher than what you could think is impossible... If you can see it, touch it, hear it & talk to it... you can reach it.
