Responsible for compiling and analyzing data for grant reports on a quarterly basis and provide program status updates to outside partners.
Responsible for developing and presenting reports for the Director of Domestic Violence Services so that all are kept abreast of the program's status.

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the YW Court Advocacy Program as well as supervision of court advocate staff and management of the program's volunteers, interns & AmeriCorps service members.

• Support the research and preparation of grant proposals by maintaining statistical information as required by the YWCA Court Advocates Program.

• Provided case information and recommendations to the courts regarding counseling or other services for perpetrators.
• Maintained a working relationship with judges, police departments and court personnel in the county and municipalities to ensure that victims are provided legal protections.
• Identified and provided supportive services to victims of domestic violence, which may include referrals for emergency shelter, medical, food stamps, housing, employment, financial, psychiatric and transportation assistance.
• Educated victims on legal remedies available to them in the justice system.
