• Enable the patient a smooth transition when transferring to another VA by sending a message/profile to the receiving VA Eligibility to process the patient’s information and prepare them to be given a new Primary Care and Dental provider.
• Responsible for receiving and facilitating treatment of all patients and outpatient dental consults often coordinating with other VA Dental Clinics.

• Responsible for scheduling appointments and provides information regarding dental clinic policies and procedures to hospital staff, patients and family members.
