  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Facilities Management, Directors of Facilities Management & General Services, and the Maintenance/Facilities Supervisors.   • Directly assist the V.P & Director of Facilities Management with Capital Projects.   • Assist the Vice President of Facilities Management with the consolidation of approximately 125 vehicles. This includes cancelling the insurance and selling the vehicle when applicable.
  • Oversee the agencies online work order system which generates approximately 500-700 tickets a month. This also includes dispatching tickets to our in-house staff or outside vendors.
  • Oversee the agencies Messenger Services which includes three (3) staff that cover approximately fifty (50) facilities spanning throughout the five (5) boroughs and Nassau & Suffolk counties on Long Island.
  • Responsible for clearing violations that our facilities and/or vehicles receive.
  • Responsible for completing the semi-annual Department of Transportation State Grant report for our 5310 vehicles.
  • Responsible for responding to the Department of of Transportation State Grant Review (audit) which occurs every three (3) years.
  • Oversee the distribution of the Annual On Street Parking permits
  • Oversaw (position moved to the Finance Dept. in 2019) the Leasing Department. This included renewing leases for over two hundred (200) rentals and acting as a liaison between the agency and landlord on repairs and/or any other issues.
  • Supervise five (5) staff; two (2) administrative & three (3) messengers.
  • Have also been an interim supervisor to six (6) Maintenance Workers on Long Island (their supervisor resigned) for approximately two (2) months. Duties include: ensuring staff is setup for the day with any work tickets, ensuring the houses are properly stocked with cleaning supplies and assisting and an administrative end by completing Payroll, Performance Appraisals, etc.
