  • Entered and assigned to respective designers all incoming departmental vac production creative job requests from Marketing and Sales departments using MS Access database and separate Excel spreadsheets.
  • Communicated daily with Creative Director, Marketing, Purchasing, Forecasting, Production Planning and Scheduling departments by running and sharing daily reports on creative production job progresses to help determine project due dates and statuses of completion for final production deadline attainments.
  • Worked daily with Creative Director on all projects and production programs, communicating all deadlines and current state of completion. Alerted him and designers of any production scheduling changes.
  • Worked closely with Creative Director on all specialty creative projects, ordering necessary sample vacs and/or supplies and scheduling & coordinating with out-of house photographer when necessary for completion of project.
