Set up Schedule, Print route sheets, maintain drivers paper work at end of day, record any money or checks brought in for C.O.D jobs. Customer service, handle all calls for G.W.S and County of Los Angeles accounts such as taking orders and scheduling pick ups. Handle billing questions, as well as take payments over the phone.
County of Los Angeles Liaison, I handle all accounts for Los Angeles County such as all jails, prisons, libraries, hospitals, parks & rec. and beaches and harbor. I coordinate with the owner to put together the bids that come out for solicitation to the various haulers. I set up all the accounts if new, handle all the billing and invoicing. I handle all of he purchase orders and make sure they are updated on their fiscal year end. I take all calls and work closely with ISD to ensure if any complaints are made I can take care of them, if any quotes are needed for temp services or new I provide the information. Attend meetings annually to ensure our relationship with the county of Los Angeles was important and if there were any issues we could resolve together, my goal was to keep it simple and run smooth.
