  • Create and coordinate staff schedules, vacations, routine, and emergency leaves with responsibility for training and coordinating personnel to ensure staffing coverage. Provide coverage for staff as needed to ensure efficient practice operations.
  • Under the leadership of the Division Administrator, the Coordinator will participate in monitoring staff performance and providing feedback to staff
  • Monitor staff attendance and assist with timekeeping.
  • Hold regular staff meetings for feedback and problem-solving. Disseminate HR policies and updates in a timely manner.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve all patient, staff, and provider issues/complaints taking case to Escalate issues and concerns as appropriate to the Division Administrator.
  • Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations as well as all compliance and safety guidelines.
  • Align customer service goals with those of ColumbiaDoctors/FPO to assure one standard of care.
