I have worked in the financial institution field for the last 22 years, the last 20 with my current employer.
I began my career as a full-time teller, moved on to a member services representative, transferred into the Accounting department as the payroll clerk, then lastly transitioned into the ACH Specialist role where I remain today.
I obtained the AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designation in 2001 and maintain it currently by earning continuing education credits. I am now the operations/support for both our daily ACH processing, using Profit Stars' ACH Client, as well as our Remote Deposit Capture process for our business members. In this capacity, whenever requested, I visit our prospective business members, introduce the Profit Stars' RDX Express software and demo it for them, answering any questions they might have along the way. Once they sign on to purchase the product, I complete all the set up and handle the majority of the daily processing and support.
I have handled all aspects of ACH Operations, from daily processing, general ledger balancing, support and internal training of employees. I have held the AAP designation since 2001 and attend seminars/conferences annually to keep current in my field.
For the last 2 years, I have been a member of the EPCOR conference planning committee, the Regional Payments Association for area.
I handle the set up of our RDX express product, give live demos to prospective business clients, do the majority of the daily processing as well as supporting them once live on the software.
