  • Learned Db2z from component Groups: Start to Finish 1 month class to help drive a 2nd line Management Firari Project in developing a Development Change Team for RDX.
  • Analyzed RDX Problem Areas, > 220 Volumes, et.al. and write-up a Perspectus for RDX Change Team: (6) personnel divided across five areas to target known component groups, (2) Queues, one for L2 Problem areas, one for L3 Problem / Defect area.
  • Within first month opened up 30 APARs between two personnel, then another 50 APARs between five personnel working with their Dev Groups within the next two-three months.
  • Within first quarter dropped down to (5) personnel.
  • Within 1 year we also targeted getting APARs opened within 2 weeks.
