  • I started with Walmart in February of 2010. n the lawn and garden dept, I performed not only my daily required job requirements but any task given to me, from building walls for a drive through garden area to frames for pools to sit in for display. I worked my way up to the Deli dept manager where i would make sure all food requirements where met and or exceeded, while in the role I would do repairs to food equipment and minor electrical issues to avoid calling contractors and save the store money, from there I moved to fresh ZMS, where not only did I have the Deli now I had Meat, Produce, and Bakery, to keep running, I would replace blower fans, clean a/c coils, blow out drains, to keep all bunkers running at optimum performance, once promoted to fresh ASM, I continued the task of making sure I fixed any broken item I could in house and keep spare parts as well, after being promoted to the Academy role, I currently still help the store with minor repairs to avoid calling a contractor out, tasks from cutting steel grid, to light bulb end repairs to replacing bunker fans and basically any task asked of me, last spring I built the wall in produce for store 322.
