My professional experience working as an academic coordinator serves as the first contact for the Dietrich School of Arts & Natural Sciences Division, Departments of Mathematics and Statistics Undergraduate Administration. I was responsible for developing and coordinating the departmental course scheduling process. My primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: - providing information via phone, email, and in-person to current and prospective students, parents, faculty, and staff regarding academic advising policies and general University academic policies and procedures - overseeing all departmental course scheduling actions - working closely with the Directors of Undergraduate Studies, faculty, and staff during development and implementation of the course scheduling process - maintaining classroom schedule and overseeing classroom equipment inventory - marketing the Undergraduate unit via social media, events. I would assist as responsible for initiation and participation of daily support functions for faculty, staff, and students within the departments and provide comparable service and back-up to other Dietrich School areas when needed. I was also responsible for organizing and performing various administrative and technical duties supporting the university's day-to-day operations. I would complete my administrative tasks by gathering, organizing, analyzing, and ensuring timely processing of relevant data and applying problem-solving techniques and skills in analyzing issues having a broad organizational impact. I would coordinate multiple tasks and display a high sensitivity to various diverse populations' needs. I am bringing forth a motivated attitude and a variety of powerful skills.
