Martindale Consultancies

Dear Ms. Marsden,
As we discussed, I would like to officially apply for the COO position with Martindale Consultancies. I include my CV and references for your perusal. From these, you have a detailed accounting of my experiences, skills, education and other credentials for seeing that I have the capacity for overseeing large corporations.
At Siegel Brokerage, I was promoted to COO within five years. While there, I earned the nickname ‘Mr. Efficiency.’ This because I initiated programs that streamlined cross-departmental production, saving the company almost 32 percent in operating costs. I did this through careful due diligence, developing strong management teams and promoting awareness, communications and innovation throughout the organization. My process included encouraging not only reporting problems, but finding cost effective solutions. I also utilized quality control strategists that monitored operations and reported directly to me. After which, we would conference with department heads to discuss proactive manners to minimizing waste.
My job as COO is to create a professional and responsible staff. I believe the best ways to provide the highest level of customer service is by maintaining the highest level of internal operation. I would like to bring that level of expertise to Martindale.
Let’s set up a conference with all the relevant parties ASAP.
Best regards,
Nolan Santana
