During my 21 year tenure with the United States Postal Service, I have been provided an opportunity to serve in a variety of positions. My diverse background in Customer Service, Operations Programs Support and Human Resources has enabled me to hold Management and Team Lead roles within each function. Approaching 10 years of combined experience in Operations and Human Resources, I have extensive knowledge in Complement Management and Local Services. I currently hold a Workforce Planning Specialist position and prior to that served as a Field Recruiter. With only 3 months of hiring experience, I was tasked with hiring and maintaining complement for approximately 600 offices before working to meet the organizations peak hiring needs. I served as a liaison among Labor Relations, Personnel, Finance and Operations on complement, staffing and delivery/customer service matters.
