Main responsibilities:.

  • Build relationships and collaborate with all Managers and senior leaders at ICC Sydney consisting of 11 Business Units, and assist with planning, rostering, General Human Resources, and deployment of Labour Resource's.
  • Develop all rosters types – standard, rotational, seasonal, event related.

  • Operate shared inbox and call center with all of Workforce Planning – Staff enquiries, record keeping, liaising with agencies, processing shift cancellations and replacements, timesheet discrepancies, last minute roster amendments, managerial requests, Payroll enquiries, General Human Resources assistance.
  • Liaising with other HR managers and assisting in other HR require roles such as – Talent Acquisition recruitment, Employee Relations/People and Culture, and Learning and Development in order to create effective workplace for staff, while also providing these departments with Workforce Planning assistance and feedback.
  • Providing General Human Resources advice to all staff for inquired related to all HR sub-departments.
  • Adhering to Enterprise Agreement and provide advice to all levels of staff.
