I enjoy going to the gym and lifting weights. I feel like exercising helps me mentally as it does physically. I also enjoy home projects such as home repairs and working on my truck. I like to look back at projects from before and after completion and admire my work. I like finding old wooden dressers, chairs, and other furniture that most people call junk. Completely strip it down, sand it, repair it if needed, stain, or paint it, and redo the upholstery.
