  • Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple appointment books for 75+ residents in 3 facilities and several cottages located on the campus of "The Villages at Greystone."
  • Enter correct appointment time, doctor, address, and phone number for each appointment. Manage and coordinate pick-up and drop-off times at different locations throughout Raleigh and Kanawha Counties.
  • Communicate with families of residents and their doctor's office staff, confirming appointment times. Frequently communicate with local hospitals in the Beckley area and CAMC in Charleston, confirming the date and time for medical tests and surgery.

  • Observe HIPPA in regards to resident's personal and medical information.
