Projection of the effect of acquisition/merger on current and future departments.
Facilitate due diligence focused on identifying functional and technology strategy, organizational structures, and current state business processes and supporting technology.
Assess functional and technology investment strategies and compare operating models and organizational structures.
Lead engagements teams on transaction advisory, guiding the team to prepare focused request lists and agenda, facilitating workstream reviews, and providing leadership over deliverables.
Forecast and due diligence on the financial impact of the potential acquisition i.e., revenue and expenses, etc.
