  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of software development changes to the GCSS-Army systems. Works directly with the customer to define requirements, update product portfolio, and annotate change descriptions in ServiceNow. Directs technical changes and ensures work meets the associated gates in the software development lifecycle.

I utilized the tool, coordinated resource participation, consolidated feedback, and briefed management on lessons learned. The changes have been implemented for the GCSS-Army DMD estimation process.
  • Excels at crisis/critical incident management. Serves as an emergency "FireFighter" to quickly resolve issues and concerns. Responds to Taskers, write White Papers, supports Requests for Information, and hosts information sessions. If not the subject matter expert, coordinates across functional and development teams to build the right working group to respond accurately and within deadlines.
