Process Weaver Implementation for GSE TUG (Mar 2020 - Nov 2020)
- Ledthe implementation of the Process Weaver bolt-on in SAP for the GSE TUG facilities as part of the GSE TUG SAP Implementation.
- This piece of the pie is effectively streamlined the shipping process on the Aftermarket Parts side as well as providing visibility to the freight costs incurred
- On the vehicles shipping side, it has replaced the use of InSource for BOL printing purposes and allows the necessary processing for Logistics be handled in one system
- Parallely contributed to the WM implementation for GSE TUG as the SD/LE liaison from the SAP SD team and was able to lead the charge on a bulk of the Label and Printer Determination logic to improve operational efficiency, as well as I was able to setup automation on the Outbound Delivery processing and picking processes for the Aftermarket Parts fulfillment from the Kennesaw location
Demo Process Redesign (Sep 2019 - Nov 2020)
- Completed a redesign of the Demo Ordering process in SAP as a means to reduce misleading production demand with the SAP, as well as to add accountability to the different steps within the process that previously had zero visibility
- Reduced iInadequacies in this process have led to high costs of inventory that have had to be written of due to lack of visibility.
- Interfaced receipts and transfers of the units with Salesforce to add more self-sufficiency for our Sales Reps, as well an additional level of visibility and processing to limit more manual SAP transacting
Hauler 4x4 Ordering Automation (Feb 202 - Jun 2020)
- Led the implementation of the intra-SAP Automation for Hauler 4x4 and PG&A Intercompany Order-To-Cash processes as an effort to reduce manual transacting in dual SAP systems through automation of Order Creation in SAP system 2 and Goods Receipt in SAP system 1 based on the systematic Deliveries in SAP system 2
- This improved customer satisfaction due to timelier invoicing for these Sales Orders and will also reduce intercompany inconsistencies from the dual transaction for these orders in both SAP systems.
Techforce Turf Addition (Textron Specialized Vehicles) (Jun 2019 – Jan 2020)
- Eliminated manual SAP processing of the Work Order processing for the Turf business by Integrating them into the Techforce environment, which allows our Jacobsen service techs the ability to process Work Orders through the Techforce application on top of Salesforce as a precursor for our move on the standard Salesforce Field Service application at a later date
- Optimized existing integration points between Salesforce and SAP to provide a more seamless framework for the future move to the Salesforce Field Service application
Process Weaver Implementation for Calif. Parts Warehouse (Textron Specialized Vehicles) (Sep 2019 – Dec 2019)
- Eliminated an out-of-date server and the roughly $1,200 annual server maintenance expenses associated with the legacy server for our Parts Warehouse in Mira Loma, CA
- Collaborated heavily with the same Process Weaver technical team from Augusta implementation as we leveraged much of the existing functionality with some more out-of-the-box setup compared to our previous implementation to reduce implementation expenses by roughly $8,000
- Ensured it’s successful and seamless transition for our business users through timely Steady State support for this bolt-on during the Post Go-Live Support period
Process Weaver Implementation for Augusta Parts Warehouse (Textron Specialized Vehicles) (Sep 2018 – Jan 2019)
- Optimized shipping efficiency and contributed to the 900 lines average increase in daily shipping volume for the Parts Warehouse in Augusta through successfully implementing an SAP Bolt-On shipping software known as Process Weaver that replaced our legacy Shipping Software
- Eliminated an out-of-date server and the roughly $1,200 annual server maintenance expenses associated with the legacy server
- Collaborated heavily with the SAP ISC team for this project as it was worked parallel with our WM implementation, and many or the requirement coincided with upcoming process changes relate to the WM implementation
- Ensured it’s successful and seamless transition for our business users through timely Steady State support for this bolt-on during the Post Go-Live Support period
Magento B2C Ecommerce (Textron Specialized Vehicles) (Jan 2018 – May 2018)
- Participated as the main SAP resource for this project and provided extensive IT Testing for the interface between SAP and Magento Ecommerce Site for our B2C business for Aftermarket Parts and Accessories for EZGO to ensure seamless integrations with our SAP environment.
