  • Battalion S1 HRM for 718-Soldier Stryker Infantry Battalion consisting of three Stryker Infantry Rifle Companies, one Headquarters and Headquarters Company and one attached Field Support Company capable of worldwide deployment within 96 hours.
  • Primary Human Resources advisor for the battalion, responsible for 100% personnel accountability, administration and readiness management of all Soldiers. Implements personnel policies, oversees management of postal operations, awards, evaluations, promotions, finance and personnel actions.
