As a resident Advisor my main concern was the resident's comfort and ability to complete class assignments in a comfortable and suitable room environment. My boss eventually told me I was his go to resident and the resident's had more comfort confronting me with their issues. I was happy to help and willing to give up my social time to help those who needed me. This was an achievement that I really felt accomplished by. My boss referred me to multiple people on campus to help students incoming students become familiar with the dorms and what rooms were available for students to reside in while in college.
