With nearly 20 years working for Marriott International at a 1354 room convention hotel I have grown into an outstanding leader of people in all areas of the hotel. I am an expert in delivering and training world class customer service. I led the hotel's customer service and problem resolution 6 hour training course for all associates. I also consistently met the required 40 hours a year on-going training to include becoming certified to teach English as a second language in the workplace, Steven Covey's 7 habits and the 360 degree managerial assessment.
