I have completed a Diploma is Business Administration and currently studying a Bachelor of Youth Work with Victoria University. I acquire over ten years’ experience through my work with Local Government, Consulting and the Community Sector, I have knowledge in data collection and analysis, report writing and evaluation. I would like to work with an organization where I can encourage effective community participation to create relevant opportunities for the community to be involved in influencing, shaping, designing and contributing to the development and implementation of community-led initiatives and place-based. Working within culturally and linguistically diverse community groups has enhanced my ability to be culturally understanding, empathetic and diligent in my work to deliver information professionally and accurately.
