  • Negotiated third party contracts for purchase.  Coordinated the closing of each transaction through the title company and/or closing attorney.   Reviewed final HUD and seller closing documents prior to senior officer execution.
  • Provided pre-acquisition input during the due diligence process in relation to asset value utilizing local real estate professionals opinions and actual  on-site visits.
  • Assisted loan asset managers in setting foreclosure bid price based on asset value review.  Sought local realtor opinion in this process along with research through industry web sites such as Zillow.com, Trulia.com and Costar.
  • Upon transfer of an asset to REO, submitted written proposal for valuation approval at post acquisition.
