Controlled, managed, briefed and tracked approximately 1,200 applicants per month who processed through the Military Entrance Processing Station. Reviewed and entered applicant data into the Military Entrance Processing Command Integrated Resource System (MIRS), performed daily assembly and distribution of applicant enlistment records to each service branch. Prepared and reviewed applicant emergency data records. Performed daily quality control reviews; conducted applicant interviews, fingerprinting, and Entrance National Agency Checks (ENTNAC). Responsible for the organization and maintenance of files containing over 10,000 pieces of correspondence. Responsible for the accuracy of all enlisted promotion actions which include CO1 reports, initial promotion boards, point adjustments, re-evaluations, input of promotion points into the Enlisted Distribution Assignment System (EDAS), promotion orders, grade changes, and maintaining a 100% accurate account of all promotion packets. Directly supervised four soldiers in the promotion section.
