Promoted to Pit Manager in September of 2012. Trained in the day to day operations of a 100+ game casino. Became efficient in scheduling, preparing a road map and reassignment of all dealers. In Aug of 2014 I suffered an unexpected medical condition that resulted in a stroke and long rehabilitation. The casino could not hold my position for an extended period of time.
Moved to Pittsburgh and became part of the opening staff. Trained and mentored the brand new dealing staff. Learned the ins and outs of opening a new casino as well as progressing break in dealers to become more proficient in all games.
Promoted to Dual Rate Casino Supervisor. Learned duties and responsibilities of a floor supervisor as well as coaching techniques and knowledge of all compliance issues.
Attended dealer school in February of 2003. Learned blackjack, carnival games and pai-gow. Shortly thereafter also took craps and roulette class provided by the casino. Also was a key member of their blackjack tournament dealing crew.
Took general studies classes for two years. No degree achieved. Moved to midwest for blackjack class in February of 2003.
