Provides direction, redirection, encouragement, and other behavior interventions to promote positive outcomes, which includes successful completion of the child's treatment plan and movement to a nonrestrictive setting. These may include but not limited to vital signs, weights, assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living and patient transfers/transport.Assists patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport. Reports abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to RN.
