Staffing - managed all inside manual hiring needs for the division following the minimum weekly staffing plan for package handlers, clerks, car washers, mechanics, and drivers of various classes.

Activated all new hires in system within 24 hours and sent management employee identification numbers.
Answeres emails and employee/candidate questions and concerns.
Submited necessary background check for selected applicants.

Bi weekly conducted new hire survey via text.
Bi weekly conducted work force survey via text.
(Survey conducted for a different location each week.)
Union Applications - evaluated and submitted all new hire union applications. Updated share files accordingly.
Staffing file update - staffing meeting before division call to account for new hires and turn over.
Recognition - Bi weekly picked location to receive recognition. Received feedback from management for who was deserving and sent them merchandise and candy or snacks.
