Provides a single point of contact (Liaison) for rapid closure of technology issues for students and faculty managing sensitive or escalated support issues and those with broad impact and providing direct user support as necessary. Collaborates with staff on developing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in workflow and a high level of customer satisfaction. Negotiates and secures software needed to support academic programs and research insuring efficiency and cost savings in license design. Works closely with school and hospital on issues of IT security, account management, network operations and desktop support. Works closely with peers and team members within the Archives, Instructional Technology, and the Levy Library, ensuring exceptional communication and workflow.
