  • As a manager on the ASM Content Development team for Walmart, I am responsible for managing, designing, maintaining, and presenting the Assistant Manager Training content for Walmart US.
  • While working with an experienced instructional design team, my team is tasked with gathering content and feedback from operators in our stores, in our corporate offices, and our customers to ensure that we are creating and designing the most impactful training for our company.
  • I also travel to the field and present to classes of ASMs in training as well as help present the training and how it should be delivered to teams within Walmart.
  • This role requires organization, communication (within teams and with our associates), a knowledge of and passion for the learning and development profession, and a genuine care for people.
  • I have been a part of the creation and implementation of two new Assistant Manager training programs and supporting materials.
