Manages the production efforts of 362 personnel maintaining 15 C-2A Grumman aircraft. Supervises, plans, and executes maintenance of operational assets to meet required milestones and deliverables. Prepare documentation to include: 3M Summaries, Performance Summary Reviews and Commanding Officer Reports. Ensure that the customer receives a safe, effective and suitable product.
